Ice Crystals are not on the midgard's Ulvaslad's beach.
I looked and there are Ice Crystals north of Hafheim at least.

Description says: "Collect three Ice Crystals from the top of the snowy hill's near Hafheim and Halgost by right clicking on them. When you have collected 3 ice crystals, bring them to Kulen in Ulvastad."
I looked and there are Ice Crystals north of Hafheim at least.

I think the statement of Terontoy is a compliment. Anyway, regarding the quest notes there needs to be some work done. It's just not too high on my list, because there are more quests missing and that will take a lot of work I think, so there are things that need to be done before Also there are some markers on Live that would be nice on Storm as well
