I'm not transformed to vendo and have not item to transform.
Elder Kulen and Engelcore don't talk to me.

I also looked have a mob named Spirit Emmissary or object named Spirit Emmissary's delivery without succes.

You need to kill the Spirit Emissary. The mob is north east of Hafheim near the snow mountains (loc 22 11.5).
