Hi, i don't find the Kemmel evidence on the demon's breach.
Can anyone help me ?

Hi Hunab,
The NPC should be looking like an undead, not a regular NPC. He is in the Midgard side of the dungeon (on live at least).

I think you can loot something from him, so maybe not aggro at the beginning but switching after you talk to him?

Founded, go to the second intersection. You can found the 2 named you need at the left.
The first name "Undead Kemmel" on the right part.
The second named "[her name] Spirit" on the left part.
