Implementation missing? Some help please

Hello,
Apologies if this is something obvious but I'm not as clued up as the majority of people here, I've just started a new server, complied and built, added the database and everything seems to be in the database that should be there, however there's a missing link as my character has no Specaliziation, No abilities etc - they're all blank - should I have something in the Implementation field? (see pic) - or is it something totally different I'm missing?
Any help is greatly appreciated
