fix for headless model at creation screen

I posted this a while ago on discord channel but forgot to link it in here
this is what i am referring too
this happens with clients downloaded from broadsword and using the 1.109 dll (afaik)
here is a fix i came up with a while back
swap out the gamedata.mpk in your game folder with this one here (rename it of course , and make sure to back up the one you replace just incase!)
as always there could be some issues with it but i havent seen any whatsoever
