Options button problem

I have tried to remedy this several ways, first with a fresh dl of the game, using the zip file DAOC1109and new frontiers, used another ver.1109 game dll from a different shard and still had the same problem. The options button on the character log in screen acts as the character delete button.
Could you check into this please?

Not sure what the deal is, but now its working.. my stupid computer I guess :)
