Dawn of Light

I have tried to remedy this several ways, first with a fresh dl of the game, using the zip file DAOC1109and new frontiers, used another ver.1109 game dll from a different shard and still had the same problem. The options button on the character log in screen acts as the character delete button.
Could you check into this please?
