Bugged: Artifacts - Not getting their lvl bonus.

Tried to relog, relocate item to inventory and vault.

pretty much tried what used to update the stats.

But still not the correct bonuses on these lvl 10 artifacts.

(They normally work - Several of my chars have fully working artifacts.. But these newly created ones is not working)

- EDIT: SoM does not work on my old char anymore, the bonuses is gone aswell. Something must have gone wrong in DB
