What server type do most people want (english server)?

Myself wants like a battleground and free level 24 character. Since the population of a server is not a great, so a battleground to keep everyone would be the best. So i voted for Custom/others.

I'll have to talk with my "associates" about possibly changing our server to RvR, and boosting the exp rates so people can meet up in the battlegrounds and frontier quicker. Would this be ideal? Do people enjoy leveling faster? Say 2 or 3 times more exp per kill, it could help take out some of the grind too.
I've also thought about an idea that creates a better RvR world for lower populations. Making level 1-20 easier, level 20-29 hard, 29 being the level cap, keeping people in 2 battlegrounds. Of course a lot of adjustments would have to be made with items and mobs throughout the classical, SI, and TOA lands. How many people would play on a server like this? Any ideas or comments are welcome.

Try speeding up regen rates ALOT, then if that isn't fast enough add more exp per kill.

Changing regen rates is no problem, however that also changes the rate of RVR/PVP. Adding xp multipliers is the best way to "speed up" a server. Me and a friend set up a 10x server just for laugh and god did we level fast...

If it slows it down, heh that is good thing in my eyes. Actually that is one of the reasons I would prefer to have the increased regen rates, to help slow it down(fight lengths). Speed up downtime between fights though.
Well of course that could backfire I guess, depending on how fast mages could get their mana back(infini-power).

Played wow? Some people there whine about downtime but with my lvl 19 rogue I regen from 1% hp to 100% hp in like 35-40 seconds. In DAoC that would take 2-3 min lol.
Can't say much about PVP thou as I've only PvE'ed atm.

I perfer a good level 45 bg. That way half of everyone is over powered and kicking someones ass. Also the water and how the keeps are set up makes for a some what tactical fighting style if you have enough people.
