Is DOL 2.0 still in progess?

Just wondering if the project is still around?
If yes, any updates on it?

From what I hear, no.
The project came too a halt after Doulb(RIP) passed away.
I've heard that Holly has finished his presentation too a University in Estonia(?), and perhaps a university class will be taking over the development of DOL 2.0.
Not sure, just what I've heard.

Holly is from the Czech Republic, and not enough people signed up to the project from his uni class.

DOL 2.0 was the rewrite of DOL that people like Corillian was pushing for, but obviously with lack of support.
