As soon as the word goes out, I'll be starting of fixing all of the catacomb class spells, ontop of the mauler spells...

I need to kill Etaew for this -_-

As we're moving on with development and soon going to be adding some newer classes

to the server soon, I thought I'd start/finish the Mauler class spells.

- Mauler Absorbtion buff now has a 20 minute duration.
- Mauler Constitution buff now has a 20 minute duration.
- Mauler Str/Con buff now has a 20 minute duration.
- Mauler Evasion buffs now have the correct power values.
- Mauler Health-Regen buff now has no recast timer.
- Mauler Health-Regen buff now has the correct casting timer.
- Mauler Heal-Over-Time now have the correct names.
- Mauler Heal-Over-Time now have the correct casting speed.
- Mauler Heal-Over-Time SHOULD now have the correct heal frequency.
- Mauler Heal-Over-Time now has no recast timer.
- Mauler Nearsight-Dampening now has no recast timer.
- Mauler Maintained snare now has the correct range.
- Mauler Maintained snare now has the correct power cost.
- Mauler Maintained snare now has the correct recast timer.
- Mauler Maintained snare now has the correct movement values.
- Mauler PBAoE snare now has the correct power values.
- Mauler PBAoE snare now has the correct durations.
- Mauler CAE range now has the correct range.

Warlock (Cursing Spec Root) needs to be added/updated.

Heh, doing DB updates every 2 days... It takes me about 1-2h ago to do all the spell updates =< Need to go through every spell of the class for the fixes.
