Trainers in the main towns

I have added (on Official Server) all the class trainers and local hasteners in the 3 main towns (Cotswold, Mularn, MagMell) as from live. This should be added to the DATABASE CHANGES of the last announcement on Official Server.

mico will dress some of them who I missed.
