Atlantis

On the live servers atlantis is handled differently for the type of server hosting. For example:

RVR or normal servers have 3 different zones for atlantis content, one for each realm. Dungeons are handled this way as well.

on PVP and CoOp servers there's only one zone shared by all realms.

I'm almost ready to release my entire Atlantis SQL but how (as a delivery) do we want to release it? I currently run the 3 seperate realms on my test server. It adds about 45,000 mobs to the DB.

There are some issues to consider,
Zone points are a little screwy if zoneing from one of the ruins zones. The big blue zone tower.

If the single atlantis zone is used on a RVR server do the merchants and guard in the Hesperus Notos or any other Hesperus citys fight each other? or have a problem with realm? I've not tested it enough.

anyway if anyone has a prefrence let me know. I'm almost ready to deliver it either way.

Thanks,
D_H

For Official Shard, I would like to have as RvR/Normal: 3 different zones (since we don't need to separate the RvR fights into more another zone).

Good work! :)

I suspect that the loottemplates are not included, right?

Thats correct. I'm just putting mobs/equips/worldobjects/merchants and merchant items and Dungeons, to the db.

Well, once you've got the zone bits sorted out (e.g. the 3 different zones) per realm sorted out. Feel free to import :)

OK, how about this.
I import to the DOLServer DB the changes for the RVR (3 realms) system. Then I make available the single Atlants zone via. SQL script for the PVP / CoOP system.

I think this is a good Idea.

I agree 100% too, until we will release DB to the public
