Am I right in saying that item templates are added through the use of a .cs script?

Thanks.

I found my answer, thanks anyway. :)

I did a search on the forums and found this link (in case anyone else is stuck):
Item template question

The thing is, I noticed some .cs scripts that create items so immediately thought that's how you do it. But now I see that you can make them in the server-data screen.

you can also create an itemtemplate ingame by creating and modifying an item and then using the
/item savetemplate <TemplateID> <inventoryslot #>
to save the item as template

Enjoy,
Small

Thanks Small. I made some items ok but I can't equip them in game. They appear in my backpack and I can drop them on the ground and pick them up but I can't wear them. Do you know what field I need to change to make them wearable?

Currently, when I try and wear them, they go straight back into my backpack.

you have to set the right item-type ...
/item type <typeid> <inventoryslot#>

the typeid value is
10: Right Hand Weapons
11: Left Hand Weapons
12: Twohanded Weapons
13: Distance Weapons
21: Head
22: Gloves
23: Boots
24: Juwels
25: Body
26: Cloak
27: Legs
28: Arms
29: Neck
32: Belt
33: Left Bracer
34: Right Bracer
35: Left Ring
36: Right Ring
