Bugged quests reporting in!

While leveling a new character i've discovered a few bugged quests/quest items.
#1 "Frontiers" quest. When I'm supposed to fly to Castle Sauvage (for the quest) the npc only sells tickets to haggerfel which is a midgard town.

#2 One of the quests Master Kless gives in Costwold includes killing either brownies or spriggars for their blood and the reward is Recruits Legs, which (in studded armor version case at least) were equipped in the chest slot!
